Introducing our new series Re:Past: Studies in the History of Nutrition: Re:Past will feature work on the history of human nutrition, broadly conceived, at the intersection of history of science, medicine, and public health and history of food and agriculture. The goal of the series is to represent the range of historical work on nutrition, a relatively new but rapidly growing field of scholarship. The books published in this series will not only make contributions to historical scholarship, but will also provide work that is more broadly accessible with the potential to impact discussions in food and nutrition policy, food systems, public health, and other domains.
